Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our out of the box plans. Custom plans sometimes do entail a setup fee.
Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?
No. You can sign up and use Bask Health for 14 days without entering your payment details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to launch your store, you will need to pick a plan and enter your payment details.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that Bask Health isn’t the best telehealth platform for your business, simply cancel your account.
How long are your contracts?
Bask Health plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual or biennial plan.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on annual plans and a 20% discount on biennial plans, when they are paid upfront.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Is Bask Health PCI Compliant or PCI Certified?
Yes. Bask Health is pending certification for Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and customer information is ultra-secure.
Do I have to sell the same products in-store as I do online?
No, you can choose exactly what products to sell online, in-store, or both.
What is the rate if I type in a credit card?
If you chose to type in a credit card number instead of using the Bask Health credit card reader, you will be charged the same rate as your online rate.
Are there any transaction fees?
Use Bask Health Payments and pay no transaction fee on top of your specified rate.
Can I use a third-party payment provider with Bask Health?

Do I have to bring my own doctors to prescribe on Bask Health?
No, we are a full-service telehealth platform that provides all the tools you need to prescribe and ship treatment directly to your patient’s door. This includes physicians, clinicians, doctors, and pharmacies licensed in all 50 US states.
But, Can I bring my own doctors to prescribe on Bask Health?
Of course. We offer a robust prescribing and EMR interface as part of the platform that is already SureScripts certified.
How will my patients receive my treatment?
The Bask Health pharmacy network supports both compounding and regular shipment of prescription products, OTC drugs or both. We can pick, pack, and label whatever non-controlled substance you would like to offer.

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can purchase a domain name within Bask Health or use an existing one that you own. We also provide a free mybaskhealth.com domain name to all stores on sign up.
What are your bandwidth fees?
There are none. All Bask Health plans include unlimited bandwidth for free
